Gun Lake Casino completes $100m expansion

The expansion includes new restaurants and doubles the size of the gaming floor.

US.- Michigan’s Gun Lake Casino has opened the doors of its $100m expansion, which includes new restaurants and a larger 131 Sportsbar & Lounge. The project doubled the size of the gaming floor and created an expanded entertainment venue.

The gaming floor was expanded by 72,000 square feet to add 500 new slot machines and 12 more electronic table games.

Sal Semola, president and chief operating officer of Gun Lake Casino, said: “This expansion reinforces Gun Lake Casino’s position as a premier entertainment and gaming destination in the Midwest.

“Each of these new venues blends the highest quality of dining with a unique entertainment experience that will resonate deeply with each guest.”

The expansion completed this month is part of a larger, $300m investment the casino announced in 2021 to expand the casino into a hotel resort.
