Granite State Gaming & Hospitality buys venue for charitable casino in New Hampshire

US.- Granite State Gaming & Hospitality (GSGH) has bought Kilburn Ledge in Littleton, New Hampshir to serve as the site for a new charitable gaming and entertainment development. Construction scheduled to begin this summer.

GSGH said it’s working with DMAC Architecture & Interiors on the project’s concept and layout. It expects to create 60 new employment opportunities, expanded vendor partnerships and to increase funding for local area non-profits.

Eric Barbaro, chief operating officer of GSGH, said: “This acquisition is a vital step in building a sustainable, community-focused gaming model for Northern New Hampshire. We remain committed to responsible growth that delivers a meaningful, long-term charitable impact.”

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality (GSGH), an affiliate of G2 Gaming, runs the Beach Club Casino in Hampton Beach and the Lilac Club Casino in Rochester. To date, those operations have generated more than $4m in contributions to veterans’ groups, youth organisations, and community service non-profits, the company says.

The New Hampshire Lottery broke its single-month record for revenue delivered to public education in December 2025, generating $28.6m. Traditional lottery products generated $16m, sports betting contributed $5m, charitable gaming $4m, and iLottery games and products $3m.
