Florida slot revenue rises in April
Revenue increased 2.9 per cent year-on-year.
US.- Florida’s non-tribal casinos reported $60.8m in net slot revenue for April. That’s an increase of 2.9 per cent year-on-year but a decrease of 5 per cent from March 2026.
Magic City Casino led the market with $12.8m in revenue, up 9.5 per cent compared to April 2025. Harrah’s Pompano Beach reported $11.8m, Hialeah Park Casino $8.5m and Gulfstream Park $4.7m.
According to the Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC), the average number of machines was 6761 in April. Tax revenue totalled $21.3m.
In the year-to-date period, net slot revenue was $591.9m. Tax revenue stands at $207.2m.
Recently, the FGCC and the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office seized 69 illegal slot machines at two alleged illegal gambling locations in Sarasota County. Operation Early Morning involved the execution of search warrants at Bingo Palace in Venice and an unnamed venue in Sarasota.
