Everi appoints new executive
Everi Holdings has named Kate Lowenhar-Fisher as executive vice president and chief legal officer.
US.- Casino product and service provider Everi Holdings has appointed Kate Lowenhar-Fisher as executive vice president, chief legal officer, general counsel and corporate secretary.
In her new position, Lowenhar-Fisher will be responsible for Everi’s legal and regulatory compliance affairs. She will assume the role on March 22 pending regulatory approval.
Lowenhar-Fisher previously served as chair and equity member in the Las Vegas office of Dickinson Wright PLLC, gaining more than 18 years of experience in corporate, legal and regulatory compliance.
She is also co-author of the 2016–2020 editions of the industry-renowned LexisNexis’ Gaming Law and Practice, and is currently a member of the International Association of Gaming Advisors and International Masters of Gaming Law.
Everi’s chief executive officer, Michael Rumbolz, said: “We are delighted to welcome Kate to the Everi team at this exciting time in the ongoing evolution of our company and our industry.

Earlier this month, Everi Holdings reported losses of $5.4m for 2020 due to the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, although it began to show signs of recovery in the third quarter.
