DraftKings opens sportsbook at Foxwoods El San Juan Casino in Puerto Rico
The new space has opened in partnership with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and hospitality investment firm LionGrove.
Puerto Rico.- DraftKings has opened a new retail sportsbook at Foxwoods El San Juan Casino in Puerto Rico with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and hospitality investment firm LionGrove. The new space includes sports betting kiosks, over-the-counter ticket window and a sports lounge.
A ceremonial first bet was made by Yankees Legend Jorge Posada. DraftKings plans to introduce its online sportsbook in the coming months, pending licensure and regulatory approvals.

Recently, Casino del Mar and BetMGM announced the launch of sportsbook at Mayagüez Resort & Casino. This will be a satellite location for their partnership at La Concha Hotel in San Juan.
