Delaware North rebrands loyalty programme to Lucky North Rewards

Lucky North Club accounts have already been automatically changed to Lucky North Rewards.

US.- Hospitality and entertainment company Delaware North has rebranded its loyalty programme as Lucky North Rewards. Formerly named Lucky North Club, the initiative has been expanded to other gaming properties and now has twice as long tier-earning and benefit-use periods and new national and local partnerships for discounts.

Benefits include eligibility for gaming offers, hotel stays, gifts, dining, casino amenities, and travel packages. All Lucky North Club accounts have already been automatically changed to Lucky North Rewards, which now has 2.5 million members across a portfolio of casinos and gaming venues, most of which are owned and operated by Delaware North. Properties include Southland Casino Racing in Arkansas, Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack and Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in West Virginia and Finger Lakes Casino & Racetrack in New York.

Nathan Holobowski, vice president of marketing for Delaware North’s gaming division, said: “As Delaware North continues to grow our gaming business, we made it a priority to make our player loyalty program much more robust and competitive to reward our players and entice new ones. Our players will earn rewards more easily and enjoy a greater experience at our casinos – as well as more and better additional experiences as a result of their participation.”
