Colorado Lottery publishes notice of intent to award digital lottery contract to Pollard Banknote

The award remains subject to a protest period and background investigation before the contract is formally executed.

US.- The Colorado Lottery has published a notice of intent to award the new digital lottery contract to Pollard Banknote, which has confirmed its selection as the apparent successful vendor following a competitive procurement process.

The award is subject to a protest period, the completion of a standard background investigation, and execution of the formal contract. The digital lottery solution covers the iLottery platform, website, and mobile application, player loyalty and rewards, marketing programmes, and games.

Doug Pollard, co-CEO of Pollard Banknote, said: “We are honoured that the Colorado Lottery has entrusted us with this opportunity.”

The company recently announced that Rob Rose will retire from the role of executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer on December 31, 2026. A search for his successor has commenced.

Rose has been a member of the company’s executive management team for thirty-one years. He has overseen significant transactions, including the company’s IPO in 2005, transitioning the private family company to a public entity, and multiple debt financings.
