Churchill Downs Incorporated report record revenue in Q3

Revenue was $683.0m, up 9 per cent compared to the same period in 2024.

US.- Churchill Downs Incorporated has reported its results for the third quarter ended September 30. Revenue was a record $683m, up 9 per cent compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Net income was $38.1m, down 42 per cent due to a one-time, non-cash impairment. Adjusted net income totalled $77.1m and EBITDA was $262.3m, up 11 per cent.

Live and Historical Racing generated revenue of $305.7m, up from $252.4m in the same period in 2024. Wagering Services and Solutions generated $127.2m, up from $118.7m, and gaming $265.5m, down from $270.3m.

During Q3, CDI announced that NBC Sports would showcase the Kentucky Oaks on primetime for the first time in 2026. It also completed the expansion of Rosie’s Richmond in Richmond, Virginia with 450 incremental historical racing machines. The company acquired 90 per cent of Casino Salem and began to operate the temporary mini casino at the Mall at Rockingham Park. It also announced the opening of Roseshire Gaming Parlor in Henrico County, Virginia, with 175 historical racing machines.
