Casino Del Sol seals Arizona Stadium naming right agreement
The casino has announced a 20-year naming rights deal.
US.- US.- Casino Del Sol, an enterprise of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, has sealed a 20-year naming rights agreement with the University of Arizona. The Arizona stadium will be known as Casino Del Sol Stadium in a deal valued at and valued at more than $60m.
The partnership includes exterior and interior branding, field logos, and digital platforms, and expanded integration on national television broadcasts. Casino Del Sol joins Arizona Athletics’ corporate and community investors as a Pillar Partner, with category exclusivity in casino, gaming and resorts beginning next fiscal year.
University of Arizona president Suresh Garimella said: “For many here in Southern Arizona and around the country, Arizona Athletics offers a first glimpse of the University of Arizona. By naming one of our campus landmarks for Casino Del Sol, we are telling that audience how proud we are to partner with the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Our land-grant mission calls us to engage with our community, and this collaboration is an innovative expression of that imperative.”
