CashMagnet has acquired three more sites.

The online gambling affiliate operator has announced a series of acquisitions to expand its presence.

Malta.- CashMagnet has announced the acquisition of the UK-facing website DailyCasinoBonus.co.uk and Finland-facing Nettikasinot-ilman-rekisteröitymistä.com and Nettikasino-ilman-rekisteröitymistä.com. It has migrated the brands to its proprietary content management system.

The sites now have access to CashMagnet’s in-house tools and filtering systems. The company will be updating content and plans to add more casino brands to expand player choice.

The acquisitions come after CashMagnet bought UKBingoSites.co.uk in July. In March, the company launched its Mr Gamble brand in the US after gaining an affiliate licence from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

CashMagnet head of accounts Tero Päivärinta said: “Having quickly established Mr-Gamble as a leading online casino comparison site in key markets such as the UK, Finland and the US, we are now in a position to drive growth through M&A and that is what we have done with these acquisitions.

“Each brand was chosen as it provides us with an opportunity to strengthen our position in the UK or Finland and with UKBingoSites enter the bingo vertical for the first time.

“By migrating these sites to our proprietary content management system, we can bring them up to the same level as Mr-Gamble in terms of content, user experience and the number of brands that we have listed on each site. In doing so, we will be able to unlock the full potential of each brand.”

Meanwhile. Malta’s online gambling operators are prepared for the country’s AML action plan following its greylisting by the FATF.

The plan calls for changes to Malta’s Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) and will require registered companies to show transparent ownership of their businesses and assets. It foresees sanctions for companies that do not comply.
