US.- Caesars Palace has unveiled new luxury accommodation to mark its 60th anniversary. The resort has debuted two all-new Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower.
The new Colosseum Presidential Villas are designed as modern residential palaces, named in honour of the presidents, world leaders and celebrities who have stayed at the property.
One villa spans 8,060 square feet, while the second spans 8,370 square feet. Together, the villas include more than 19,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. Each Rooftop Villa features a 1,700-square-foot terrace.
Sean McBurney, chief commercial officer and regional president of Caesars Entertainment, said: “The new Colosseum Presidential Villas and Octavius Sky Villas at Caesars Palace reflect our commitment to elevate the standard of luxury on the Las Vegas Strip. As we commemorate our 60th anniversary, we’re proud to unveil these extraordinary spaces, meticulously designed with thoughtful details to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.”
Caesars Palace offers 3,980 hotel guest rooms and suites. The 85-acre resort features nearly 130,000 square feet of casino space, the Caesars Race & Sportsbook with a 143-foot HD LED screen, dining options, a five-acre Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis, a spa, five wedding chapels and gardens, a nightclub, and the 4,300-seat Colosseum.
Last December, Caesars Entertainment announced a deal with Rampart Casino at The Resort at Summerlin to open a Caesars Sportsbook at the property. The company plans to open the new space in early 2026, assuming Nevada Gaming Commission approval.
It will be located in the space currently occupied by the existing sportsbook. The area will feature a new video wall and a 360-degree LED video display at the bar. Twenty self-service betting kiosks will be available at the sportsbook and throughout the casino.
