Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino opens in Nevada

US.- Caesars Entertainment has opened Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The former Harveys Lake Tahoe has undergone a multi-phase transformation, introducing renovated guest rooms, a modernised casino floor and new dining, nightlife and entertainment.

The resort hosted an opening event featured a champagne reception before Lisa Vanderpump cut the ribbon.

Together with the connected Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, the destination has nearly 1,250 guest rooms. The casino floor features new slot machines, table games, high-limit and poker space, and a renovated Caesars Sportsbook. It also features a coffee and cocktail bar, and a variety of other newly designed bars.

Caesars Entertainment reported Q1 net revenue of $2.9bn and a net loss of $98m. Consolidated adjusted EBITDA was $887m, up from $884m. .
