Betway prepares to launch in Pennsylvania
Betway will launch in Pennsylvania with Cordish Gaming Group.
US.- Betway is undergoing a three-day test by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) with an eye to launch an online sportsbook and an igaming platform in the state.
Its working with Cordish Gaming Group after receiving a provisional licence from the PGCB in May.
The regulator is currently monitoring operations for the three-day test, after which it will issue its final verdict. The test period runs periodically on each of three days. Yesterday, it ran from 1-9pmand today, it will run from 11am – 9pm. Tomorrow will see a longer test, from 9am to 9pm.

If the Board considers the test satisfied, Betway could receive a final score on Thursday and open to customers the same day. Pennsylvania will then have 13 online sportsbooks and 17 online casinos in total.
