Vietnam.- The Grand Ho Tram has held a ground-breaking ceremony for a new 35-hectare development. With an investment of over US$1bn, the project will have a five-star hotel complex, luxury resort villas, entertainment and an international convention and exhibition centre. It will have more than 6,000 rooms and host up to around 18,000 guests each day.

The project is a partnership between Lodgis Hospitality Holdings and VinaLiving, which is part of the investment company VinaCapital. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by senior government officials and project partners.

The company said: “This milestone marks the next step in The Grand Ho Tram’s master plan to expand its footprint to 164 hectares and reaffirms its pioneering role in shaping the future of luxury tourism and hospitality in the region.”
