Tabcorp names David Grossman as general manager of strategy
The former AFL executive joins the wagering group under CEO Gillon McLachlan.
Australia.- Tabcorp has appointed David Grossman as its new general manager of strategy. He joins the ASX-listed gambling group after a 15-year tenure at the Australian Football League (AFL), most recently as general manager of Clubs and Scheduling.
Grossman will lead group-level corporate strategy. His remit includes identifying market opportunities, guiding investment decisions and coordinating planning across retail and digital channels.
Tabcorp highlighted Grossman’s experience in sports, media and entertainment ecosystems as relevant to its omnichannel ambitions. Key initiatives will include the rollout of a nationwide tote offering, deeper retail integration across pubs and clubs, and the modernisation of the company’s exclusive Victorian TAB wagering licence.
