Crown Melbourne appoints Carter Bair as CMO
Bair brings more than 18 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality sector to the role.
Australia.- Crown Melbourne has appointed Carter Bair as its new chief marketing officer. He brings more than 18 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality sector, having held senior marketing and operational positions with operators in Australia and the United States.
Most recently, he served for two years as chief marketing and gaming officer at Crown Perth, where he oversaw marketing, entertainment, gaming operations, facilities, engineering and player safety. He previously held leadership roles with MGM Resorts International, Peninsula Pacific Entertainment, JNB Gaming, and Boyd Gaming.

Bair will be responsible for shaping the property’s brand strategy and positioning, digital and database marketing, enhancing loyalty programmes, major partnerships and promotions and overseeing the venue’s events and entertainment portfolio with a focus on deepening customer engagement and commercial performance.
