SJM Resorts inaugurates the Palazzo Versace hotel
The complex is part of the newly opened Grand Lisboa Palace integrated resort.
Macau.- SJM Resorts has launched the Palazzo Versace hotel at its Grand Lisboa Palace property in Macau. The opening featured a surprise musical performance by John Legend attended by figures such as Donatella Versace, chief creative officer of Versace.
The hotel, in one of the resort’s towers, has 271 rooms and suites, a wellness retreat, a personal training studio and indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Daisy Ho, managing director of SJM Resorts, said at the inauguration ceremony: “The Grand Lisboa Palace now stands out as home to the only couture-focused designer hotels in Macau, positioning our city as one of the few destinations worldwide offering such ultraluxe branded hospitality experiences.”
SJM Holdings has reported nearly HK$1.73bn (US$220m) in adjusted full-year EBITDA. Grand Lisboa Palace generated gross revenue of HK$3.6bn (US$460.1m) in 2023, with gross gaming revenue of HK$2.6bn (US$332.3m) and non-gaming revenue of HK$980m (US$125m). Its adjusted property EBITDA was a negative HK$317m (US$40.5m), compared with negative HK$969m for 2022.
