SJM Holdings appoints Tan Sean Czoon as chief financial officer after sudden departure
Tan previously served as chief financial officer and chief corporate development officer at NagaCorp.
Macau.- SJM Holdings has appointed Tan Sean Czoon as chief financial officer following the sudden resignation of Christopher Ip Shih Ming to pursue personal interests. The change is effective immediately.
Aged 47, Tan worked at NagaCorp, the operator of NagaWorld in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for 13 years. He became CFO in March 2018 and Chief Corporate Development Officer in July last year. He graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and finance in 1999 and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
SJM recorded a net loss of HK$62 million (US$7.9 million) for the first quarter of 2026, compared to a profit of HK$31 million (US$4 million) during the same period last year following the closure of satellite casinos in Macau.
