Okada Manila names Shirley Tam as CMO for integrated sales and marketing
Tam will oversee the integration of gaming and non-gaming sales and marketing operations.
The Philippines.- Okada Manila has named Shirley Tam as its executive vice president and chief marketing officer for integrated sales and marketing. The promotion comes less than a year after Tam returned to Okada Manila as executive vice president of casino marketing in September 2025. She previously served as the property’s senior vice president of premium marketing between 2018 and 2021.
Before rejoining the Philippine resort, Tam was chief casino marketing officer at Inspire Entertainment Resort in South Korea. Her career has also included senior marketing roles at Sands China, Galaxy Entertainment Group, Wynn Macau and Genting Hong Kong.
In her new role, Tam will oversee the integration of gaming and non-gaming sales and marketing operations as part of efforts to support business growth and performance across multiple channels. She will also lead the development and execution of the resort’s overall sales and marketing strategy across its gaming, hospitality, entertainment and lifestyle offerings.
