Ng Man Sung steps down as chairman and CEO of Century Entertainment
The company says Ng Man Sun tendered his resignation due to personal commitments.
Cambodia.- Hong Kong-based Century Entertainment International Holdings has announced that Ng Man Sun has stepped down from his role as executive director, chairman of the board and chief executive office (CEO) as of May 31. He had held the dual roles since 2012.
The company said his resignation was due to other personal commitments. He has been replaced by executive director Tang Ho Ka, who was appointed as non-executive director on March 19.
According to the company, he has over 40 years of financial and management experience having previously served as the chief financial officer of Shenzhen Zhongqi South Investment. He has most been involved in trading tea seeds, oil and related products. In October 2024, he was appointed as the vice president of the Guangdong Forestry Industry Association and the president of the Camellia Oil Branch of the Guangdong Forestry Industry Association. He previously worked at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China.

The company said Ng Man Sun had “no disagreement with the board” and thanked him for his tenure of office.
