Tse Cho Tseung has been appointed director after the resignation of deputy chairman and executive director Lau Tom Ko Yuen.

Macau.- South Shore Holdings has appointed Tse Cho Tseung as an executive director of the company.

The appointment comes days after the resignation of deputy chairman and executive director Lau Tom Ko Yuen.

Tse Cho Tseung, who is aged 66, joined the group in March 2019 as chief operating officer for the company’s hotel operations business.

He graduated in accounting from The Hong Kong Baptist University and has over 36 years of experience in accounting and finance, construction, property development, investment, hotel operations, and trading.

He previously served a tenure as chief operating officer (COO) of International Entertainment Corporation.

In a filling to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the company said Tse Cho Tseung had also been named a member of the remuneration, nomination, finance and investment, disclosures, corporate governance and executive committees.
