Crown Resorts CEO appointed as director

Ken Barton was named as a director of the Australian gambling operator.

Australia:- Crown Resorts has announced that group CEO and Managing Director, Ken Barton, has been appointed as a Director of the company.

In January, Crown Executive Chairman, John Alexander, resigned from his role and was replaced by Helen Coonan, a nine-year board member.

At that time, the Company also announced the promotion of Barton to the role of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director as part of a huge management shakeup.

Barton’s career in Crown Resorts began in March 2010 when he served as Chief Financial Officer. In February 2017, he was appointed as the CEO of Crown Digital.
