DigiPlus net income rises in H1
Net income was up by 61 per cent year-on-year.
The Philippines.- DigiPlus Interactive Corp has shared its financial results for the first half of the year. Net income was PHP8.4bn (US$147m), up 61 per cent when compared to the same period of 2024. The company attributed the growth to the strong performance of its retail games segment, as well as contributions from new product offerings and operational efficiencies.
DigiPlus, operator of digital entertainment platforms BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, reported revenue of PHP47.78bn (US$836m), a 47 per cent increase compared to the first six months of 2024, amid the rollout of new games approved by PAGCOR.
EBITDA for the first half reached PHP9.09bn (US$159m), up 65 per cent from PHP5.51bn (US$96m) a year ago. In the first half of 2025, DigiPlus remitted PHP18.4bn in government taxes and regulatory fees.

For the second quarter alone, net income was PHP4.20bn (US$74m), representing a 30 per cent year-on-year increase. Revenue in 2Q reached PHP24.71bn (US$432m), up 31 per cent, while EBITDA rose 32 per cent to PHP4.50bn (US$79m). These figures were driven by new game offerings across DigiPlus’ platforms.
During the second quarter, DigiPlus was included for the second consecutive year in the Fortune 500 Southeast Asia list and was nameed Digital Operator of the Year at the 2025 Global Gaming Awards Asia-Pacific. “These recognitions highlight the company’s continued efforts to deliver world-class digital entertainment, drive innovation, and uphold its commitment to global responsible gaming standards,” the company said.
“Now in the second half of the year, as the Philippine online gambling industry undergoes heightened scrutiny and legislative review, DigiPlus assumes a wider industry role in leading the fight against illegal gambling and championing a safer and more sustainable online gambling industry for the Filipino nation,” it added.
