Crown Melbourne to operate at 50% capacity

Australia.- As of Wednesday (December 9) Crown Melbourne casino will be able to operate at 50 per cent capacity.
The change comes after Victoria State authorities eased its restrictions intended to tackle Covid-19 last week.
Crown Melbourne has been functioning with a 1,000 capacity limit since late November. As of December 9, capacity will be increased to 50 per cent the normal maximum capacity.
The number of members of the public permitted at each indoor space at any one time will be limited to one person per four square metres. Until now there has been a cap of 150 people in each indoor space.
Physical distancing and hygiene protocols will remain in place.
