Bloomberry to launch online gaming platform
The company is conducting testing.
The Philippines.- Bloomberry Resorts has announced it plans to launch its online gambling platform in late May or early June. The company’s chairman and CEO Enrique K. Razon Junior said the platform is now undergoing testing.
Razon said: “This new mainstream brand will complement Solaire Online and is anticipated to bring our brand of online gaming entertainment to Filipinos nationwide.” The company launched Solaire Online in April 2021, offering live baccarat, sicbo and roulette games and live slots.
Bloomberry’s CEO also said that Solaire North is performing well and is approaching profitability. He said: “Every month is improving, and we cannot say exactly when it will return to profitability. But it’s getting closer and closer, and hopefully, as soon as possible, we’ll be in profitability, similar to how it was here in Solaire Entertainment City in 2013.”

For full-year 2024, Bloomberry reported gross gaming revenue (GGR) of PHP61.7bn (US$1.08bn). That’s an increase of 6 per cent in year-on-year terms. The growth was mainly due to the opening of Solaire Resort North.
The casino operator reported net income of PHP2.6bn (US$45.9m), down 72.63 per cent year-on-year. Consolidated net revenue was PHP53.1bn (US$930.6m), up 10 per cent, while non-gaming revenue was PHP10.7bn (US$187.3m), up 23 per cent year-on-year.
