AGEM Index rises month-on-month but remains down on 2025 

The index of gaming manufacturers saw its strongest monthly increase of 2026.

Asia.- The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) Index rose by 128.94 points month-on-month to 1,707.15 in June 2026. That’s a 8.2 per cent increase compared with May, but the index remained down by 10.3 per cent, or 196.14 points, from June 2025.

Five of the nine companies included in the index saw stock price increases during the month, resulting in five positive contributions and four negative contributions to the AGEM Index.

The largest positive contributor was Aristocrat Leisure Limited, whose share price rose 22.3 per cent, adding 136.32 points to the index. Crane NXT’s stock rose 31.7 per cent and contributed 27.95 points. The largest negative contributor was Konami Corp., whose share price declined 6.7 per cent, resulting in a 37.50-point loss.

US equity markets delivered mixed results in June. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 2.5 per cent compared with the previous month, while the NASDAQ fell 2.8 per cent and the S&P 500 declined 1.1 per cent.
