AGS appoints Adam Chibib as chairman of board of directors
Adam Chibib is currently is a board member and lead independent director.
US.- AGS, a supplier of slot, table, and interactive products and services, has appointed Adam Chibib as chairman of the board, effective January 27. Currently, he is a board member and a lead independent director.
Chibib succeeds David Sambur, who recently stepped down from the board. Sambur served as chairman for the past five years and as a member of the board since 2013.
AGS President, chief executive officer and board member David Lopez said: “On behalf of my fellow board members, I would like to thank David Sambur for his guidance and insights as chairman of the board and for his nine years of leadership at AGS.

In 2022, AGS named David Jacques Farahi to its board of directors. As a non-executive director, Farahi serves on the provider’s nominating and governance, compensation, and audit committees.
