WIGLA leaders to speak at Gaming Tech Summit Africa 2026
CEO Annalisa Samuels and head of events and stakeholder relations Judith Kgoroba join the speaker lineup in Nairobi.
Kenya.- Women in Gaming & Lotteries Africa (WIGLA) has announced that its chief executive Annalisa Samuels and head of events and stakeholder relations Judith Kgoroba will speak at the Gaming Tech Summit Africa (GTSA) 2026 in Nairobi. The event kicked off on June 2 and runs until June 4.
WIGLA said the participation of both executives reflects “the growing presence of women at the tables where decisions are made and industries are shaped”, adding that the summit provides an opportunity to contribute to conversations around leadership, inclusion, innovation and the future of the sector.
Launched by the African Lotteries and Gaming Association (ALGA) in April 2026, WIGLA was established to strengthen the presence, influence and leadership of women within the gaming and lotteries sector across Africa. The GTSA, held at the Argyle Grand Hotel in Nairobi, brought together regulators, operators, technology providers and investors to address structural, legal and operational challenges in Africa’s gaming industry.
