The process for winners
According to ITHUBA’s process, winners must present themselves at a local ITHUBA office with valid documentation. Once the paperwork is sorted, the funds are typically transferred within 72 hours. And here’s the cherry on top – all National Lottery winnings are completely tax-free.
Players are given 365 days from the draw date to claim their prize. In the meantime, locals are checking, and double-checking, their tickets.
