Premier Bet goes continental with Francis Ngannou partnership
The partnership underscores Ngannou’s pan-African popularity and Premier Bet’s growing presence across several African countries.
Cameroon.- Leading African sportsbook Premier Bet has extended its partnership with former UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou. The updated deal will see Ngannou become the operator’s Pan-African Ambassador until 2027.
The collaboration, which was initially signed in 2023, focused on the Cameroon market, but has now been expanded to cover the entire African continent.
Under the terms of the agreement, Ngannou will feature in Premier Bet’s marketing campaigns, promotional activities and corporate social responsibility projects across Africa. He will also use his platform to champion responsible gambling practices and back community-driven initiatives that foster social change on the continent.
The partnership underscores Ngannou’s pan-African popularity and Premier Bet’s growing presence across several African countries, including Nigeria, Cameroon, Angola, Tanzania, Gabon and Malawi.
Alexandre Qader, Director of Operations at Premier Bet Cameroon, said: “We are thrilled to extend the collaboration with our great champion Francis Ngannou and broaden his connection to the Premier Bet family and beyond. I think we clearly share the same visions. We have the same ambitions in Cameroon and now on a Pan-African scale. Francis’ passion, drive and humility make him an ideal partner for us as we continue to grow our brand and connect with our customers.”
Ngannou added: “We’ve already been working together for three years and I’m excited to move forward in this collaboration, to deepen our relationships and get to know each other better. By expanding the partnership across the entire African continent, this solidifies my trust and commitment to the brand.”
