Morocco National Lottery launches US$390k operating model tender
The tender seeks external support as the lottery prepares to put its future operating model into effect.
Morocco.- Morocco’s National Lottery has launched a MAD3.6m (US$390,000) Request for Proposal (RFP) for assistance with the operationalisation of its future operating model and preparation for its implementation.
The National Lottery Management Company (Société de Gestion de la Loterie Nationale, SGLN), identified in the RFP as Morocco’s National Lottery, has issued RFP No. 003/2026, according to the document. The company is located in Casablanca.
The RFP seeks assistance with operationalising SGLN’s future operating model and preparing for its implementation. The estimated budget for the service is MAD3.6m, including all taxes.

The document does not provide further details on what the future operating model will entail. Interested companies must submit their proposals by November 5, 2026 before 10am Moroccan time. Proposals can be submitted to SGLN’s headquarters with an acknowledgement of receipt or sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
The RFP documents can be collected from SGLN’s headquarters or sent electronically to competitors who make a written request.
The proposals will be opened in a public session at 11am on November 5, 2026 at SGLN’s headquarters on the eighth floor of Crystal Tower 2 in Marina Casablanca.
