Senegal.- Senegal’s national lottery operator, Lonase, has held a workshop on the reinstitution and technical validation of its new strategic development plan (PSD) for 2026-2030. The meeting, headed by General Manager Toussaint Manga, brought together senior leaders of the organisation to collectively validate the structural axes that will guide the institution for the next five years.
The meeting centred around reviewing Lonase’s current position and future goals, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing challenges. Key discussion points included aligning the PSD with Senegal’s national vision and development priorities, setting specific objectives and targets for the next five years and determining resource allocation and implementation strategies.
Top management also explored ways to leverage technology and innovation to enhance services, promote sustainable development and strengthen governance practices.
The ultimate aim of the PSD 2026-2030 is to transform Lonase and position it as a leader in the lottery and gambling industry. The plan focuses on enhancing product and service quality, strengthening social responsibility and boosting revenue. It also aligns with Senegal’s Vision 2050 and the New Sectoral Policy and Development Letter, which seek to improve access to services, quality and environmental protection.
