LONAGUI strengthens focus on female leadership across lottery operations
Guinea’s national lottery operator says women are playing an increasingly important role in governance, strategy and institutional transformation.
Guinea.- The National Lottery of Guinea (LONAGUI) has highlighted the growing influence of women across its governance and strategic operations, reinforcing female leadership as a key part of its institutional development.
As part of its belated celebration of International Women’s Rights Day, the operator brought together its female employees for a special event centred on professional exchange, recognition and the presentation of symbolic gifts.
The occasion also served as an opportunity for LONAGUI to underline its long-term approach to workplace inclusion, where competence and merit remain the foundation for career progression and access to leadership positions.
LONAGUI said: “Today, several female employees hold key positions and actively contribute to LONAGUI’s performance, innovation and reputation.”
The company said this reflects years of effort by senior management to create stronger pathways for women in governance and strategic decision-making, with female professionals taking on increasingly influential roles across the organisation.
According to LONAGUI, women are playing a direct role in the institution’s transformation and modernisation, with their leadership, expertise and commitment helping to strengthen operational performance and support wider business development.
Its General Management also reaffirmed its intention to continue promoting female leadership and equal opportunities, maintaining that recognising women’s potential strengthens both long-term performance and the broader institutional impact of the business.
The company concluded by congratulating all female employees and recognising them as key contributors to LONAGUI’s collective success and continued development.
