Côte d’Ivoire.- The National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) has launched a nationwide campaign aimed at increasing the visibility of its lottery and gaming portfolio while strengthening engagement with customers across the country. The campaign, which began in Man on July 17, will visit every city with a LONACI agency through August 12 as the state lottery seeks to reinforce its position in Côte d’Ivoire’s games of chance market.

The campaign was officially launched in the western city of Man and brings together teams from LONACI’s Sales and Network Management Directorate, Marketing and Customer Experience Directorate, and Institutional Communications and Audiovisual Production Department. The initiative is being led by Khalil Coulibaly, LONACI’s Interior Zone Supervisor.

During the tour, the caravan will visit every city where LONACI has an agency, showcasing the operator’s lottery and gaming portfolio through direct engagement activities. According to LONACI, the initiative is intended to increase awareness of its offerings, “bring the company closer to its customers,” and reinforce its leadership in Côte d’Ivoire’s games of chance market.

The roadshow follows LONACI’s recent responsible gaming awareness campaign, which focused on player protection and the operator’s preparations for World Lottery Association (WLA) Level 4 Responsible Gaming certification.
