Côte d’Ivoire.- Côte d’Ivoire’s National Lottery (LONACI) has launched a high-level strategic seminar through its LONACI Foundation to advance the Foundation’s Strategic Development Plan (PSD) 2026-2030 and outline a broader vision for its social initiatives through to 2035.
The seminar opened on March 23, and will run until March 28 at the Assoyam Beach Hotel in Grand-Bassam, bringing together senior officials and institutional partners to elaborate and validate the PSD 2026–2030, with longer-term perspectives extending towards 2035.
Proceedings were officially opened by Abdoul Karim Ouattara, Deputy General Manager of LONACI, representing Dramane Coulibaly, President of the Board of Directors of the LONACI Foundation and Director General of LONACI.
Held under the theme “Workshop to validate and operationalise the Strategic Development Plan (PSD) 2026–2030, perspectives 2035”, the meeting has brought together leaders and sector experts tasked with defining the Foundation’s strategic direction for the coming years.
Participants include Guédé Sakoa, Koné Eliame and M’bahia Dominique, alongside Foundation staff and representatives from consulting firm NG Consulting. Over the course of the week, participants are expected to validate the Foundation’s strategic priorities and establish operational mechanisms required for effective implementation.

Through the initiative, the LONACI Foundation aims to further structure its interventions and enhance the impact of its projects in support of communities across Côte d’Ivoire.
