Kiron accelerates African expansion with multi-market Kiron.Lite launch
MojaBet brands in DR Congo, Senegal, Zambia and Nigeria join launches in Ghana and Benin as Kiron strengthens its low-data virtual sports footprint across Africa’s mobile-first betting markets.
Democratic Republic of Congo.- Kiron Interactive has expanded its African footprint with the rollout of its Kiron.Lite Virtual League across six markets, strengthening its presence in mobile-led betting environments across the continent. MojaBet brands in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, Zambia and Nigeria have launched the product, while Keedbet has gone live in Ghana and LNB Pari in Benin.
The rollout marks a major multi-market deployment for Kiron.Lite, reflecting growing operator demand for efficient virtual sports content designed for regions where mobile connectivity and data costs remain key constraints.
Kiron.Lite is engineered to deliver fast-loading virtual sports gameplay while reducing data consumption, enabling broader accessibility across entry-level smartphones and lower-bandwidth networks in emerging markets.
Steven Spartinos, co-CEO of Kiron Interactive, said: “The expansion of Kiron.Lite with MojaBet is an important step in making virtual sports content more accessible across diverse African markets. In many regions, players are engaging primarily through mobile devices and often within bandwidth constrained environments. Kiron.Lite was developed specifically to address those realities, delivering a high-quality virtual sports experience with significantly reduced data requirements.”
He added that the launch reflects Kiron’s continued focus on developing products that are commercially effective for operators while remaining accessible and relevant to local player behaviours.
Aris Filippopoulos, representing MojaBet, said: “Kiron.Lite Virtual League aligns strongly with the needs of our player base across multiple African markets. The product delivers an engaging football entertainment experience while supporting the mobile-first environments that are increasingly defining player interaction today.”
Kiron Interactive is headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa, and supplies virtual sports and gaming content to operators across multiple regulated markets globally. The expansion underscores Kiron’s continued focus on scalable virtual sports products tailored to Africa’s mobile-first betting landscape.
