BantuBet marks five years in Angola amid African expansion push

The operator pointed to trust, innovation and regional growth as it celebrated its fifth anniversary in Angola.

Angola.- BantuBet has marked five years of operations in Angola, with the company pointing to its long-term plans in the country alongside a broader African expansion strategy.

BantuBet described the milestone as representing “consistency, evolution and commitment” to the Angolan gaming sector. The company said: “Over the years, we have built a solid brand, based on trust, proximity and innovation.” BantuBet added that it has evolved alongside its users while adapting to industry challenges and focusing on improving the customer experience.

The brand operates within Angola’s regulated online betting sector, offering sports betting, live betting and online casino products. Its platform also supports local payment services, including Multicaixa Express and Unitel Money, reflecting the growing role of localised fintech solutions in African gaming markets.

Beyond Angola, the wider BantuBet business has expanded into markets including Kenya and Mozambique, underlining the company’s regional growth strategy as competition across Africa’s online betting sector intensifies.

The company said its progress over the past five years would not have been possible without the support of its employees, partners and player community. BantuBet said that it would move ahead “with ambition, responsibility and a clear vision of the future.”
