iGaming AFRIKA Awards 2026: Industry champions crowned across 25 categories

Operators, suppliers, regulators and innovators from across Africa were recognised during the inaugural iGaming AFRIKA Summit in Nairobi.

Press release.- The iGaming AFRIKA Summit (IGA Summit 2026) concluded with a landmark awards ceremony, where gaming operators, suppliers, regulators and innovators from across the continent were recognised across 25 categories. The awards honoured achievements spanning sports betting, casino gaming, responsible gambling, affiliate marketing, payments and corporate social responsibility.

Hosted by media personalities Maina Chege and Nyawira Maina, the ceremony at Hyatt Regency in Nairobi, Kenya formed part of the inaugural IGA Summit 2026.

Opening the evening ceremony, iGaming AFRIKA CEO/Founder Jeremiah Maangi welcomed all the guests acknowledging that all those shortlisted were winners. “You are all winners; we just had to choose one winner per category. Congratulations to all the different teams receiving awards tonight,” said Maangi.

From rising stars to established companies, the awards painted a comprehensive picture of a continent whose gaming industry is maturing at speed and on its own terms.
