Guinea’s National Lottery strengthens support for youth and entrepreneurs in France

LONAGUI strengthens diaspora engagement and promotes entrepreneurship across borders through strategic sponsorship and community-focused initiatives.

Guinea.- Guinea’s national lottery (LONAGUI) has reinforced its role in supporting diaspora talent and professional development by sponsoring the recent 5th Guinean Employment and Entrepreneurship Fair in France. The event brought together Guinean professionals, entrepreneurs and diaspora members, highlighting how lottery sponsorship can drive youth empowerment and economic opportunity beyond gaming.

The fair, organised by the Association of Young Guineans in France (AJGF), aims to build professional networks, mentorship opportunities and pathways for investment in Guinea. The Lottery said: “LONAGUI’s decisive guidance and support were instrumental in the success of the 5th edition of the Guinean Employment and Entrepreneurship Fair.”

During a visit to LONAGUI’s headquarters in Conakry, Aboubacar Traoré, President of AJGF, was received by Jacqueline Coker, HR Director, Safiatou Balde, CSR Manager and Prince Ekoué Kangni, Head of Digital Communication, where discussions focused on expanding cooperation with the diaspora and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives.

LONAGUI’s sponsorship reflects its corporate social responsibility (CSR) priorities, supporting youth, entrepreneurship and diaspora engagement – demonstrating how national lotteries can have meaningful socio-economic impact beyond traditional gaming operations.

It also shows how lottery operators can reinforce their brand as socially responsible and community-driven while creating pathways for talent, investment and growth – both at home and abroad.
