Guinea’s National Lottery connects with diaspora talent at France Fair
LONAGUI leverages the fifth Guinean Job and Entrepreneurship Fair in France to engage skilled professionals and support digital innovation.
Guinea.- The National Lottery of Guinea (LONAGUI) highlighted its engagement with the diaspora by participating in the Guinean Job and Entrepreneurship Fair in France. The event carried the theme “Convergences for Guinea: Diaspora, Skills, Investment and Impact”.
Held on November 1-2, the fair brought together diaspora professionals, businesses and institutions to promote employment, entrepreneurship and Guinea’s economic development.
As Guinea’s official lottery operator, LONAGUI’s initiatives to engage diaspora talent and drive digital innovation carry positive implications for the future of the country’s regulated gaming and lottery services.
“LONAGUI participates in this fair to identify diaspora talent that can support its digital transformation, marketing, innovation and institutional development,” said LONAGUI.
The lottery also highlighted its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), particularly in supporting entrepreneurship and skills development.
Over two days, attendees benefited from conferences, masterclasses, workshops and networking opportunities focused on employment, innovation and professional development. LONAGUI’s presence strengthened its visibility in Europe and underscored its aim to build links between the diaspora and national development initiatives.
Participation in the fair opened perspectives for talent identification, collaboration with start-ups and reinforcement of institutional visibility, demonstrating how national lottery operators can play a broader role in socio-economic development while fostering innovation.
