Côte d’Ivoire.- Guinea’s Gaming Regulation and Supervision Authority (ARSJPA) undertook an immersion mission at Côte d’Ivoire’s National Lottery operator LONACI from October 5 to 9, 2026, focusing on gaming regulation and responsible gambling.
According to a LONACI statement, ARSJPA deputy general director Souleymane Savané praised LONACI’s regulatory track record during a meeting at its Marcory headquarters on October 7. “LONACI is an organisation with a lot of experience and expertise in regulation and good practices in the gaming sector,” he said.
The discussions with LONACI’s Legal and Legal Compliance Department (DAJC), Sales and Network Management Department (DVGR) and Marketing and Customer Experience Department (DMEC) focused on operator supervision, regulatory compliance, addiction prevention, responsible gambling and the fight against money laundering.
LONACI said the meeting was organised on behalf of its general director Dramane Coulibaly and reflected the company’s willingness to share its expertise and contribute to strengthening standards in the gaming sector in the sub-region.
LONACI said the engagement reinforced cooperation around governance, compliance and responsible gambling. The operator said the meeting highlighted its role as a leading organisation in these areas and strengthened regional cooperation on gaming-sector governance.
The visit follows other regional exchanges involving the ARSJPA. In August, Burundi’s National Lottery (LONA) conducted an institutional immersion with the Guinean regulator covering gaming regulation, operator supervision, digitalisation, control mechanisms, responsible gambling and player protection.
