Enugu Gaming Conference 2026 unveils speaker lineup

The conference will examine regulatory, technological and investment developments shaping Africa’s gaming industry.

Nigeria.- The Enugu State Gaming and Lotto Commission has unveiled a list of confirmed speakers for the Enugu Gaming Conference (EGC) 2026, scheduled for July 29–30 at the International Conference Centre (ICC) in Enugu, Nigeria.

Held under the theme, “Code, Capital and Compliance: Unlocking Nigeria’s iGaming Tech Opportunity,” the conference will examine regulatory, technological and investment developments shaping Africa’s gaming industry.

According to the commission, the confirmed speakers include Olubiyi Williams, head of regional sales – Africa at Mamba Play; Immaculata Amaka Mbaso, founder and managing partner at HILM Associates; Kelani Opeyemi Mercy, co-founder and lead at Isoftnova Technologies Limited; and Fisayo Oke, chief executive officer of Gamble Alert.

Also on the speaker roster are Chimezie Elekwachi, national programme director of the African Network for the Prevention and Protection against Child Abuse and Neglect (ANPPCAN) Nigeria Chapter; Obinna Akpuchukwu, founding partner at Allen & Marylebone; Idorenyin Williams, principal frontend engineer and partner at TTFCX; and Leslie Osinachi-Okoh, founder of Yelobyte and co-founder of Goondu Games.

Other confirmed speakers are Udukheli Izebuno, managing director of Goflux Services Limited; Oluchi Faith Amadi, governance, risk and compliance lead at PrivaCure; Jeremiah Maangi, founder and chief executive officer of iGaming AFRIKA; Peace Nwankpa, igaming analyst and content strategist; Gabriel Joseph Akpabio, founder of GambleAwareNG; and Edmund Nkopane Tshehla, managing director of Larocure (Pty) Ltd, South Africa.

The commission said the speakers represent expertise across gaming regulation, legal compliance, responsible gambling, cybersecurity, digital payments, business development, software engineering, game development, child protection, media and regulatory technology.

The event is expected to feature panel discussions, keynote presentations and networking sessions aimed at encouraging collaboration between public institutions and private sector participants across the gaming value chain.
