Cabo Verde’s CVCV takes lottery Street Vendor model to Boa Vista
CVCV is taking its social lottery games beyond fixed sales points, with its Street Vendor model now being presented to agents on Boa Vista Island.
Cabo Verde.- The Cruz Vermelha de Cabo Verde (CVCV), which operates the country’s social lottery games, has taken its Street Vendor model to Boa Vista Island to extend access to its games.
CVCV Games, the gaming arm of the organisation, explained the new sales channel to local agents on September 18 following its earlier presentation on Sal Island. The meeting also gave Boa Vista agents an opportunity to provide feedback and discuss ways to improve services, the organisation said.
The Street Vendor was launched in Praia in August 2026 and is designed as an extension of CVCV’s physical lottery network. It allows identified and credentialed sellers linked to existing agencies to take Totoloto, Lotaria Nacional and Joker to different locations. The model forms part of CVCV’s strategy to diversify its distribution channels while generating funds for its humanitarian and social activities.
CVCV Games showcased the initiative and its Online Games Portal at EXPOTUR 2026 on Sal Island from September 9-11, highlighting its efforts to broaden access to social lottery games and strengthen its presence across local communities.
