During the latest edition of SiGMA Central Europe 2025, Focus Gaming News spoke with Varduhi Papyan, Head of Account Management at CreedRoomz, about the company’s global live casino offering, its focus on innovative game-show formats, its Armenia-based multilingual studios and its roadmap of new titles, including the forthcoming “Road to El Dorado”.
Papyan began by outlining CreedRoomz’s positioning as a live casino provider for operators seeking something differentiated. The company operates globally, “work[ing] with aggregators and operators who want more than just classic live tables. They want something new, something more, something very unique for them.” Alongside traditional and Asian table games, CreedRoomz has invested heavily in developing game-show style content and avatar‑driven experiences.
A key launch this year has been the in‑house show game “Mr First”. Papyan described it as “a very interesting game with a lottery with eight cards, with big multipliers, with [a] very beautiful, handsome and very interesting character, our Mr First.” The game also features an additional mini‑game in which Mr First runs, collects points and converts them into multipliers. “It’s very engaging, it’s very interesting… it’s very colourful,” she said, adding that the reception since launch “was good. We already got some good feedback for this game, so everything is fine.”
On the operational side, Papyan emphasised that CreedRoomz runs its own studios in Armenia but serves clients worldwide. “We are operating globally… studios are located in Armenia, but we provide solutions throughout the world,” she said. The company prides itself on “a very good streaming infrastructure and a very beautiful and user‑friendly UI/UX design that makes the gaming process even more exciting and even more immersive for the players.”
CreedRoomz also offers a broad set of customisation options. “We offer branded solutions to our partners, not only physical tables but also digital screen branded solutions to showcase their unique identity,” Papyan explained. To support international growth, the company provides “multicurrency and multilingual support for all our partners” and places strong emphasis on “fairness and… transparency in gaming,” maintaining international standards and “fairness certifications.”
Asked how a studio based in Armenia manages multilingual live dealer operations, Papyan said the model is straightforward: “We have multilingual dealers that are working in Armenia. They came [from] all over the world and they are located in Armenia.” As a result, CreedRoomz can host tables in “different languages, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, Armenian of course, etc.”
Looking to the future, Papyan said the outlook for CreedRoomz is “very positive” thanks to the work of its product team, which is “working very hard on innovating our games.” In the near term, the company plans to launch “more than four” additional show games, including “Lucky Colours”, “Bug Dice” and “Crypto Market”. She reserved particular enthusiasm for what she called their “mega new show game”: “Road to El Dorado”.
Papyan was careful not to reveal too much detail, saying: “I don’t want to tell more about this because this will be something brand new. You will never [have] saw something like this because this is quite new and innovative show game for us.” However, she hinted at the concept: “The name itself already tells you something regarding El Dorado. So you will be like an investigator there. You will be the one who is looking for something new.”
With a growing portfolio of game shows, strong technical infrastructure and a multilingual studio hub in Armenia, Papyan positioned CreedRoomz as “a company to watch” in the live casino segment as it continues expanding and rolling out its next wave of innovative content.
