Shows & conferences - 1 December, 2025

During the recent SiGMA Central Europe event, Focus Gaming News had the opportunity to speak with Polina Nedyalkova, director at Amusnet Italy, who provided insights into the company's strategic growth, innovation, and future plans, particularly within the Italian market and beyond.

Paulina explained that Amusnet's strategy in Italy is meticulously structured around "three pillars: strict compliance with local regulations, portfolio expansion and also very strong partnerships." This approach has proven highly successful, leading to partnerships with "almost all Italian operators" over the past few years and expanding their product portfolio to "over 150 casino games," including popular slots like Extra Crown and Coin Gobbler. Amusnet is also dedicated to launching innovative solutions such as their new tournament tool and bonus system, designed to provide "flexibility, scalability, players engagement and most importantly increased revenue potential." The SiGMA Central Europe event itself was crucial for Amusnet, with Paulina highlighting that since their Italian office is in Rome, the event "feels like our territory," offering invaluable high-level networking and product showcasing opportunities.

Beyond the digital realm, Amusnet is embarking on a "difficult expansion" into the land-based business. While machines are already deployed in areas such as "countryside Bulgaria, Romania," the launch in Italy is anticipated "for 2026-2027," representing a significant future opportunity.

The interview also touched upon Amusnet's broader impact and recognition. The company's investment in a college in Sofia underscores its commitment to giving back. This community engagement, coupled with their industry achievements, contributed to Amusnet being "shortlisted in three categories this year," which Paulina described as "a significant honour and recognition for Amusnet's impact here in the Italian market."

Looking ahead, Paulina revealed that Amusnet has "many many things" in store. International expansion is a key focus, with the company actively "pushing a lot" in "many strategical markets" across Latin America and Europe to gain market share. A major highlight at the expo was the introduction of new products, including the "Roman Coin Slot," Amusnet’s first tripod video slot, which "has already delivered groundbreaking results in multiple markets." Paulina confidently said, "We believe it's going to be a masterpiece, a very very good performing game," noting its buy bonus feature and immersive Roman atmosphere.

The new bonus system was also highlighted as a crucial tool for operators in "highly competitive markets like Italy, Spain, Holland, Denmark," enabling them "to perform better and to engage the players." Additionally, Amusnet is enthusiastic about the Cash Bomb, an add-on to their existing and popular Jackpot Cards, and their new progressive jackpot, Jackpot Coin Link. Amusnet anticipates "many new launches and new stuff" with positive feedback from their operators.
