Mariia Shmelova, Aff.Tech: “Our main point is to automate all operators’ routine work and save their time for their team”

At SBC Summit Lisbon 2025, Focus Gaming News spoke to Mariia Shmelova, CEO of Aff.Tech, to discuss the company's high-performance affiliate marketing platform.

During the interview, Shmelova described the solution as an "affiliate platform with real-time statistic with optimisation." She explained that it provides the "possibility for operators and affiliates to understand what happens with their traffic to stop or scale a campaign in real time." A key benefit for operators is the ability to "automate all routine work and save their time for their team, and use it for making money, but not for like general manual work."

The platform is built to handle massive scale, a crucial feature for growing businesses. As regards any new markets, she noted that the company is currently focused on the LatAm market, which is heavily based on influencer marketing. To ensure traffic quality, the platform has a "built-in anti-fraud solution" and smart link tracking to build target audiences based on various rules. Shmelova also highlighted the "very flexible commissions" system, which allows for lead qualification based on turnover or deposit amounts. This means operators "can pay only for real good traffic."
