Kateryna Pozdnysheva, GR8_TECH: “You think about traffic, and we think about all the stuff around it”
Shows & conferences - 14 October, 2026
A three-week launch and break-even within eight to nine months is what GR8_TECH’s GREAT_WHITE LABEL promises, Kateryna Pozdnysheva, Chief Client Officer at GR8_TECH, told Focus Gaming News at SBC Summit Lisbon 2026.
Pozdnysheva described the last day of the show as “tough” but productive, with many meetings and new faces, and said clients can find “new opportunities, even around the stand”. The relationship with clients, she explained, spans the full life cycle of a casino.
She highlighted the company’s Accelerate programme, an “acceleration lab” in which clients and potential clients can pick up practical cases and try to implement them the following day, rather than limiting the conference to business meetings and calls.
On the GREAT_WHITE LABEL, she said it is built on proven experience, “let’s say in LatAm”, and lets the client focus on brands and acquisition while GR8_TECH handles the operational side. “You think about traffic, and we think about all the stuff around it,” she said, citing a three-week launch and break-even within eight to nine months.
On technology, she stressed that speed is the first thing a player notices. GR8 Tech claims the fastest front end on the market, loading in 1.72 seconds compared with around 5.3 for the market, which she said translates into players staying longer and a significant boost in business metrics.
Finally, she described her role as Chief Client Officer as building long-term partnerships, making sure clients feel they have a strong team behind them, including account management and support, and investing time to help them understand the platform. “It’s a really, really long journey,” she said, “but it’s nice to have.”
