GAMZIX: “We don’t want to be just a content supplier, we also want to be a partner”
Shows & conferences - 21 October, 2025
The rapid growth and evolving strategy of game developer GAMZIX were the focus of a conversation at SBC Summit Lisbon 2025, where Focus Gaming News spoke with Head of Account Management, Sasha Kozymir, and Account Management Team Lead, Daria Danchuk.
Kozymir, who joined the company earlier this year, noted the significant progress already made, highlighting an increased number of game releases that now allows them to share a roadmap with clients well into the next year. She also pointed to sharper graphics and a significant increase in the overall quality of the games.
Discussing recent successes, Danchuk mentioned Sunny Coin 10,000: Hold The Spin, an Egyptian-themed slot whose performance exceeded expectations, which she attributed to its classic theme and exciting mechanics. Kozymir shared another success story with 40 Chilli Fruits Superior. The game was expected to cannibalise traffic from two older titles but instead attracted a large new audience, generating three to four times more GGR than the previous two games combined.
Looking ahead, the strategy for growth is multi-faceted. A key element is expanding GAMZIX’s footprint in regulated markets, alongside strengthening relationships with existing distributors. The core of their approach, however, lies in their client relationships. Kozymir explained their philosophy: “The relationship with the client should always be proactive. We don't want to be just a content supplier, but we also want to be a partner.” This means moving beyond a transactional dynamic to provide comprehensive support, data, and promotional tools, fostering a true partnership.
For the duo, the conference served as a vital opportunity to connect with clients on a personal level, build new relationships, and share the exciting developments on the GAMZIX roadmap, ensuring their partners are aware of the continuous improvements being made to the player experience.
