Sergey Ghazaryan, GR8 Tech: “We are not chasing short-term clients”

At SBC Summit Lisbon, Focus Gaming News spoke with Sergey Ghazaryan, Chief Revenue Officer at GR8 Tech, about the company’s partner-focused approach, its global expansion and the role of AI in delivering sustainable growth.
Ghazaryan emphasised that long-term partnerships form the cornerstone of GR8 Tech’s strategy. “We are not chasing short-term clients. So, we need to make sure that, in the long run, our clients always have the competitive edge by giving them technology that is stable and that outperforms in the markets that we operate in,” he explained. By diving deep into operators’ P&Ls and focusing on profitability rather than just GGR, GR8 Tech helps clients achieve sustainable success.
The company has proven cases across the globe, with particularly strong results in Latin America, where several partner brands rank in the top three of their markets. Ghazaryan noted that GR8 Tech’s role goes beyond technology, acting as a trusted intermediary to secure better terms for clients — for example, in payments — and enabling operators to scale through gamification, trusted partnerships and efficient acquisition tools.
While GR8 Tech offers a full turnkey solution, the CRO stressed the importance of giving operators control and agility. To ease transitions, the company provides managed services, from CRM and registration funnels to promotions and landing pages, with the aim of educating teams to take full ownership over time.
On the technology side, Ghazaryan said AI is playing a vital role. From hyper-personalised player experiences to advanced bonus engines, retention tools and gamification systems, AI ensures scalability and improves LTV for operators. “You can do it only with an AI or maybe with an army of 10,000 people, but then you'll go bankrupt,” he remarked.
