During SBC Summit Lisbon 2025, Focus Gaming News spoke with Bryam Jacquet, Head of Business Development at TaDa Gaming, about the company's "glocalization" strategy and its expansion into key regulated markets.
Jacquet explained the company's core philosophy of balancing global expansion with a deep understanding of local markets. "We need to understand their culture, we need to understand their games, we need to understand the way that they play, without losing our identity," he stated. This approach has been central to their growth, which began with a successful expansion from their Taipei base into Latin America.
A significant recent milestone for the company is acquiring a UK licence after a "well long process." Jacquet described their entry into this mature market as a "soft launch," with the immediate priority being to build strong partnerships. "Relationship to understand our clients as our top priority because they understand their players," he said, explaining that this collaborative approach is key to providing "exactly what they are looking for."
While adapting to local tastes, Jacquet also emphasised that the company retains the unique, authentic Asian style that comes from its Taiwanese roots, offering players something different.
He also confirmed TaDa Gaming is now live in the Portuguese market, where they are working "hand-to-hand" with local clients. "They're working with us, showing us all the process, and now we are here," he said, highlighting the close cooperation that defines their market entries.
